Ivan Chiriboga is the owner of HIC & Associates and started his company in 2003.   The company began by Ivan painting an entire neighborhood in the Oakton, VA area.   The many referrals generated from other neighbors and their satisfaction with our work launched HIC.

Since 2003 we’ve built the company based upon our excellent reputation.   Customer’s satisfaction is our best advertising.   Ivan’s care in delivering top quality workmanship is shown in some of our recently completed projects. HIC’s professional services include: interior & exterior painting, drywall & plaster repair, faux finish, wood staining (deck, door, stair case), power washing, deck refinishing, wall paper removal, minor carpentry repair and handyman projects.  We also can help customers with color selection recommendations.
